The amendment of Act CLVI of Year 2016 on the State’s Tasks Concerning the Development of Tourism Areas entered into force on 1 January 2021. Pursuant to this amendment, the providers of accommodation services must register the data as per specified in the prevailing laws of any guests using any accommodation services in the data storage system operated by the data storage service provider assigned by the Government for the purposes as per specified in the laws.

Accordingly, we are, as from 1 September 2021, allowed to provide accommodation service to
guests only who hold a valid personal identification document i.e.

  • personal identity card or
  • driving license or
  • passport

Above rule is applicable to children under the age of 18 years too so please, before departure, check whether your children hold the documents required for their travel.

The documents must be presented upon arrival at the reception desk. Our check-in staff will register the data contained in the travel documents in our system by a document scanner.

If no any document presented, we must reject you to use our accommodation services.

The restaurant of our hotel awaits its guests every day from 8:00 to 10:00.

Check-out

Rooms must be vacated by 10:00 on the day of departure. You can stay on the hotel premises (including parking) until 12:00 (noon) on the day of departure.

Outdoor swimming pool

Our outdoor swimming pool is open every day between 8:00 and 18:00.

Laundry services

If you need to have your clothes washed or ironed, please leave them at the reception desk. Clothes submitted by 12:00 will be washed by the next day and ironed within 3 hours.

Ask our reception staff for help with printing.

Parking

Guests can use the hotel’s internal car park free of charge. The parking is closed and open-air.

Extra bed linen, bed linen replacement

If you need extra bed linen, an anti-allergen pillow or a change of bed linen, please let our reception staff know.

The reception desk of our hotel is open every day from 07:00 to 21:00.

Breakfast

A buffet breakfast is included in the room rates and is available from 8:00 to 10:00 in the restaurant.

Room cleaning

Room cleaning is carried out by our staff from 10:00 to 14:00. If you request a replacement of towels, please throw the towels on the floor.

Remote control unit is placed in the room. Our staff will be happy to provide technical assistance.
